We had a home that was part of an estate that we needed to sell. To say this was an undertaking would be an understatement. Decades of records, poorly kept documents and scant resources in the area made this home very difficult to sell, not just in the way of advertising but also finding contractors, researching the history and working with many other professionals to property market the home. The whole process took many months, even before we listed, and from start to finish, Cheri showed up early and left late always with a positive attitude and almost immediate reaction time. Cheri Brandon is THE best!  Selling a house with tenants in the home can be difficult. She worked collaboratively with my tenants to find times that would suit them as well as her for showing the home. Sometimes, buyers can be difficult (Yikes!), and we certainly dealt with one of those. She was always there for me and worked to negotiate a final contract on my behalf. Cheri is tenacious and yet kind. She was in constant communication with me, making me feel at ease throughout the entire process.
